If you would like an ad-free, printable version of this pattern you can buy the PDF in our Shop or on Ravelry

This is the first of five free sleep mask patterns I’ll be uploading over the coming weeks. However, if you don’t want to wait they are all available now on Ravelry, you can find them by clicking here. They are really easy to make and don’t require much yarn.

You’ll need a 4mm crochet hook DK weight yarn in three colours, orange, white and black – you could swap out the orange for grey to make a wolf instead. For the ties I have braided together three strands of yarn and simply tied a knot in the end but you may want to consider using a strip of elastic or crocheting some ribbing.

Finishing

Sew the eyes onto each end of the face then use a yarn needle and black yarn to stitch on the eyelids. Attach the nose between the eyes and the ears above them. Then, weave in the ends. For the ties I have braided together 3 strands of yarn and secured a braid to each side of the eye mask. Alternatively you could use some elastic or crochet some ribbing. You may also want to back the mask with some fabric to aid in blocking out the light.
