If you saw last weeks Pumpkin Coaster crochet pattern you’ll know that I have lots of Halloween themed patterns planned for October. This week we have some crocheted pumpkins! This pattern is really easy (just like the coasters) and you’ll have loads made up in no time. Next week the Halloween patterns will begin to get a little more advanced with some Halloween bunting then moving on the some spooky amigurumi.

As you can see from the photos, I’ve been making lots of theses crocheted pumpkins and I’ve been doing so with the hand carved crochet hook you can see above. The hooks are carved from fallen branches so each one is unique and you can now buy your own in our shop. The pumpkins can be made using any weight yarn and the appropriate hook size. For reference I have used DK weight yarn and a 3.5mm hook for most of the pumpkins photographed.

This pattern is awesome and so easy to follow! I did notice that you have round 6 listed twice on the large pumpkin portion of the pattern.
